One of the things that we value extremely highly is
customer care, training, and support. We consider our clients, partners
in ministry, and we define success by our partners effectively using
our web-based tools to build the Kingdom of God.
We provide several different options for training and
support. You will always be able to schedule a training event to ask
specific questions or for your staff or ministry leaders to brush up on
a particular tool. But, we also provide written tutorials that walk you
step-by-step through the "how-to's" for almost every application.
We also have an increasing number of video tutorials
available that audibly and visually walk you through the "how to's" of
specific functionalities. These are referenced on the top right of
pages, and are indicated by a film icon that looks like .
And finally, on every page, in the top right, we have a help icon that looks like . When
you click this icon, it automatically sends our technical team an email
pre-filled with info on your site name, your user id, the page you had
the problem with, and the error code generated. This allows us to
easily and quickly handle your specific issue, which we guarantee we
will do within 48 hours, many times much quicker.
