What You Get with Kingdom Tools
Kingdom Tools is the
Anytime, Anywhere church management solution that equips you to manage
and grow your ministries. Kingdom Tools (KT) is an all-in-one online
web based church management solution. There are no per seat charges,
you can use a little or as much of the system as you like, and we
include your website hosting, email management and all technical
support, in addition to your "KT" system. Your team can use Mac,
Windows PC, or Linux (in all flavors) to access and manage your church
ministries and people, online - they just need a browser like
Mozilla/Firefox or IE6+. We are a Christian company, and strive to

What is included with KT? (not full list)
A front-end website that is easily managed online with no special
hardware, software or html experience required. A comprehensive
back-end church management system that is also accessed online through
your web browser (which makes us Windows, Mac, Linux compatible) that
has the following features:

- Desktop with Calendar and Task Dashboard
- Web with a WYSIWYG editor for Word-like publishing and formatting
- People Database: We start you off on the basics and you can add fields
as you like, whenever you like. Also includes family grouping even "data" inheritance from the head of household's record, if you like.
- Calendaring, Scheduling and Task utilities: each ministry may their own,
options to update the master, and/or independently publish to the web,
as necessary.
- Communications tool that allows you to generate email or printed newsletters: ties to your member, group and mail tools
- Ability to create Groups that can be static or dynamically updated:
e.g. if a member gets married, they automatically move out of the
singles fellowship and into the married couples, or high school to
college, etc...

- Add as many Ministries,
fellowships, departments or teams as you like, and give each person
their own access rights to the KT system or publishing privileges to
your website.
- A Photo/image gallery for depositing pictures for use internally, or publishing on your website.
- An Attendance utility for managing RSVPs, attendance, and check-in needs
- Contributions management for tracking giving and pledge drives against an infinite number of accounts
- An organized File
manager to store almost any type of media for public and private files
that can be shared between ministries, published to the website, or
kept confidential.
- Podcasting and the KT Media Player that publishes audio and video files to your website, great for sermons and special events.
- Custom and standard Reports
utilizing any information from a number of the KT utilities. Create
pictorial directories by individual or family or print out
quarterly/yearly giving statements. Just point, click and print!
- A Security
tool that not only lets you control access by individual, ministry and
utility/tools, but also allows you to report on who has what access.
- Forms
is by far the most impressive new enhancement to the system. Forms
allow you to capture information from your website, and not just email
it to you, but automatically adds data to your People database - and it
even allows members without access to your backend system the ability to update and
manage their own information.
- Website Statistics to tell you who is visiting your site, where they came from and what they were looking for.
- Unlimited Email accounts (web access or pop3/smtp) with Anti-Spam service is also included
- File storage and bandwidth
