How Kingdom Tools Works
Kingdom Tools is web-based - you won't need to install anything more than what you are using to read this page right now!
First, we install your "back-end" which is the heart of the KT system. Then we point your domain to KT's server; you can use your existing domain name, or we can register one for you. A template,
or custom website created to your requirements, is then applied to the
"front",of your Kingdom Tools databse and church management tools. We can even import your existing membership and mailing lists to your new KT site.
The KT system
was created to allow you to have as many workers and administrators as
you like. You can limit them to just their own ministries, helping
post content to web pages, managing schedules, tracking attendance, or
assist with communications and assimilation.
Much of the information regarding your church community is gathered
from field data within utilities such as Groups and Forms entered by your members or the leaders and workers of your church.
A pending divorce. A troubled
teenage son. A serious bout of depression. Kingdom Tools not only
allows staff to track "church management" stuff (such as contributions, salvation/baptisms, spriritual gifts, classes attended, etc...), it fully equips leaders and workers that
are ‘in the trenches' with the ability to track spiritual growth,
assimilation, and connectedness. With Kingdom Tools, you can also
protect sensitive information and give each leader a very specific
level of access, allowing them to see only those particular areas of your
database, and the Kingdom Tools system.
