With Kingdom Tools, you'll receive unlimited technical support, unlimited personalized training and unlimited upgrades & enahancements. Our set-up packages give you the option to start from scratch, import your existing data and the ability to customize your website.

When you come on board with Kingdom Tools, your website, email, and data is managed through our servers. Be assured that our office is home to more telecom providers than any other in San Antonio, Texas. In fact, our building is commonly referred to as "the most connected building in San Antonio."  The building houses eleven fiber-optic providers, and nearly 30 telecom companies-- including SBC Global and Time Warner. Redundant power and adequate bandwidth are services you can enjoy as a Kingdom Tools client.

Backups and Disaster Recovery  

Daily: Incremental backups

Weekly: Complete system images

Redundancy: Failover servers on stand by (in case of system failure), Hardware on stand by (in case of component failure)

Software and Facility Security

We perform weekly audits on all our servers and software. Our systems are put to the test with full hack attempts and security violations. We also subscribe to manufacture alerts and newsgroups for the latest information on viruses, worms, vulnerabilities and patches for any programs we are running. Our productions servers operate solely on stable versions.

Our facility allows only approved access; there is no walk-in traffic allowed. From the moment someone enters our facility their whereabouts and activities are tracked with physical security guards, access codes and bio-metrics. We know that the best way to keep a stable environment is to minimize your vulnerabilities, so we maintain the highest level of diligence on both physical, hardware and software access.
